Return Policy

All of our products are custom made and as such returns are not accepted. If a product proves to be defective or damaged upon arrival it may be returned for replacement or repair. Please contact customer service for an RGA (returned goods authorization) number. You will be instructed where to ship your blinds or shades.

Cancellation Policy

To speed the delivery of your order, all online and telephone orders are immediately transmitted by electronic means for processing. You may cancel your order only if it can be caught before it is processed by the manufacturer. If cancellation is possible, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the portion of your order you cancel. However, once your order has been queued into production we are unable to cancel or change your order.

We highly recommend you order product samples. We offer up to 10 free fabric/material swatches for most of our products. We do our best to depict an accurate representation of product colors on our site, but colors can vary between monitors and mobile device screens. Having fabric swatches also helps you determine the opacity and the level of privacy certain materials have.

We encourage you to inspect all shipments upon arrival. If you find your product was damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days at 1888 514 0744. All of our products are backed by manufacturer's warranties. If you find that your product is defective or malfunctioning, contact our our customer service team at 1-888-514-0744.
