Fit or We Fix Guarantee

We understand that we do not live in a perfect world, mistakes can sometimes happen. So if you make a mistake measuring we will fix it for ABSOLUTELY FREE!! Simply contact our customer service department within 10 days of receiving your order and inform them of the product that you measured incorrectly. If the item is too big the blind or shade we will trim it down to fit at no additional charge to you. If replacement blinds or shades are necessary they may only be remade in the same product and color, no refunds . In the event we will offer a 25% "oops" discount off the cost of a new blind or shade. This guarantee covers one blind or shade per household and cash refunds are not allowed. Original blind or shade must be returned before any remake will be started. Return shipping, and shipping on remake and handling fees are the customers responsibility. Fit or Free fix Guarantee excludes Chicology products,  shutters and other specialty applications.
